Pool design and construction

A concrete pool built where your yard actually is, not a shape picked off a shelf.

Formed on site, not dropped in

Every in-ground pool we build starts with custom design and layout for your specific yard, then moves through excavation and site preparation, structural steel reinforcement, and gunite or shotcrete application over that steel. Plumbing and electrical are set at the same stage, before the shell closes up around them. The pool is finished in plaster, tile or pebble, and the whole build is fully customizable to your property.

Timeline, permits and warranty

A typical in-ground install runs eight to twelve weeks from the first drawing to the first swim. We pull every permit the job needs, so that part never lands on you. Warranties are provided on all our pools, with the specific coverage depending on the type of pool installed.

Three ways to draw the line

Freeform, geometric or infinity.

The design comes first, and it comes from your yard. These are the three families we draw from, though most real designs borrow a little from each.

Freeform

Custom shaped pools that fit the landscape rather than cut across it, built to look like natural water. Beach entries, waterfalls and hidden caves all live in this family.

Geometric

Rectangles through L-shapes, drawn with straight edges and even corners. Infinity edges, tanning ledges and water features can all be built into a geometric shell.

Infinity

Also called a vanishing edge. Our designers weigh the land, the view and the water flow so the surface appears to run off toward the horizon instead of stopping at a wall.

Beyond the standard in-ground pool

Hot tubs, indoor pools and saltwater systems.

Hot tub installation

The same site preparation through electrical process as a full pool build, scaled to a hot tub. Often built alongside a pool, sometimes on its own.

Indoor pool installation

A climate-controlled build with its own ventilation, humidity control and energy efficiency to account for, on top of everything a standard pool needs.

Saltwater installation

Gentler on eyes and skin than traditional chlorine, and less upkeep once the system is running. We're an authorized Jandy dealer since 1986 for the equipment behind it.
